I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report. As your REALTOR®, I have access to sold houses and up-to-date listings. Comparing sold homes with similar specs and using current listings in your area as comparables, this will help us determine the market value for your home.
Once we list your home on the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and put a for sale sign on your lawn we'll have eyes from other agents in the city working for their clients. On top of that, I'll create promotion videos, social media posts and advertise more through my connections in order to find the right buyer.
Upon receiving offers, I will notify you as soon as possible. When presenting offers, we'll take a closer look at the buyer's offer price, conditions and whether or not they are qualified. You can either accept, decline or counteroffer. As your REALTOR® I'll coordinate communication with the buyer's agent and negotiate the best terms on your behalf.
